Children love to explore stories. How we can explore this further?

By looking at the key parts of the story you are able to look at children's in the moment learning and expand on their interests.

For Example, here are a few of our favourites:

The Hungry Caterpillar: The life cycle of a butterfly, Counting food, exploring colours, discuss healthy eating, use the internet to explore facts around the story. Go in the garden on a bug hunt.

Dear Zoo: Build a zoo (small world animals and mega blocks/ duplo or garden resources such as grass and sticks.), look into the animals and facts, phonics letters (write on paper the main letter of the animal and sound it out to your child/ children eg T for Tiger).

The Stickman: Explore the garden, find sticks and make your own stick man.
